Dear Parent/Guardian:

Please make the following considerations when signing your son or daughter up for a field trip:

1. We make every effort to secure the best available seating. This is why prices can be high.
2. There could be a significant amount of walking or climbing of steps involved. Please advise staff attending the function of any assistance the participant may need.
3. The atmosphere may be dark, loud, crowded, flashing lights, etc. Please advise staff of any fears of the participant that may occur and precautions to take.
4. If you send money for souvenirs or snacks, take into consideration how expensive these things could be. If your child needs assistance or supervision with handling money, please have it in an envelope with his/her name, the amount and give it to one of the Recreational Staff members attending the function.
5. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen money or items.
