Q.  How does my son/daughter apply for services at Trudeau?

A.  If your son/daughter is interested in day or residential services offered through Trudeau, you may contact the case management department directly at 739-2700 extension 249, or ask your son/daughter’s social worker to forward a letter of interest along with an information packet regarding your son/daughter and his/her interests.

Once the inquiry and/or packet is received, the case management department will coordinate a meeting for you, your family member, and his/her social worker with the appropriate department supervisors at Trudeau.

For example, if you are interested in residential options, the case manager will arrange a tour of residential options along with the program coordinator of the residence in order to answer any questions.
