Adult Services

We offer a variety of supports and services to individuals with disabilities and their families. We are committed to person-centered practices, and work in partnership with individuals and their support systems to achieve their life goals. Our services range throughout the entire adult life span, starting as early as eighteen years old and continuing through their senior years.

We have a array of services and training programs that range from leisure activities to 24-hour “round-the-clock” supports. The Adult Services professionals practice a multi-disciplinary team approach drawing expertise from nursing, rehabilitation, psychology, social work, vocational, and educational staff, in partnership with the individuals and their families.
